Sinks are interesting design objects since they are not normally seen from eye level. Users have a mostly aerial view of the basin and faucet, yet there are so many elements to consider. For these all-stainless steel sinks bent and welded one at a time, I explored angular forms that dance with flowing water.

Bathroom accessories were updated by incorporating furniture elements such as finger joinery to ¼” stainless steel stock, unifying and elevating the entire product line.

シンクは普段注視しませんが、家にある面白いデザインオブジェクトです。今回の作品では、ステンレス板を丁寧に一箇所ごとに折り、冷やしながら溶接。流れる水を強調できる角度のある型を使いました。関連アクセサリーには、家具で使われる「あられ組」を使用。全ラインナップに統一感を持たせました。
